Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with a strong background in Quality Assurance (Manual & Automation) to lead delivery operations.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in handling end-to-end delivery management, team leadership, client communication, and ensuring timely, high-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own and manage end-to-end delivery of QA projects (manual & automation).
• Plan, monitor, and track project progress to ensure on-time delivery within scope and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, design, business) to align delivery goals.
• Manage QA teams, assigning tasks, reviewing work, and ensuring adherence to standards.
• Drive test strategy, automation frameworks, and best QA practices across projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding delivery updates and escalations.
• Identify risks, create mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth delivery processes.
• Track and report project delivery metrics, timelines, and team performance to leadership.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent communication and quality assurance.
