Job descriptionKnowledge on MQ, ZOS API TOOLKIT and FTP Experience on Incident and Change Management using Servicenow Mainframe Integration with Splunk Essential : Automated Monitoring of Mainframe Batch processes and provide interim solution for any production job failures Work on the resolution of assigned incidents and recovery of application ASAP Suggest Performance improvement plans and setting up automation alerts Managing any Major incidents and identify service restoration actions to be taken Handle ad-hoc requests for Service Status or one-time information retrieval / reports Participate in implementation activities and provide post implementation support Participate as an active application support member in the COB (Continuity of Business) testing and IPL(Initial Program Load) of Mainframe LPAR Should be willing to work in Rotational shift 15 years of full-time education Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)

- Strong Problem Solving, Logical and Communication Skills
- Knowledge and experience in automation tools
