MBA-HR with minimum 10 year experience as Manager-HR with focus on HR and Govt Liaison, peple & Culture management and HR Policy formulation and implementation, linking KPI's / KRA's with PMS,Training & Development aimed at Competence Development in Manufacturing industry engaged in Scaffolding / Light engineering / Exports. He must have good exposure to Liaison with Government Authorities like Pollution Control Board, PSPCL,Police, Municipal Corporation, Labour courts and other departments .
Committed Professional with proven track record of Competence Development & Leadership abilities.
