Position Summary :
Only Level 3 IT Professionals with 8 - 10+ years experience. Employees must be willing to work in USA hours from Monday to Friday. Typical working hrs. will be (8.00 am to 5.00 pm EST). Do not apply unless you meet all the stated requirements.
Objective :
- Deliver a high-quality systems, networking and security solutions. Taking technical ownership of design, testing and developing new products and packaging solution offering
- Responsible level 3 support requests for servers, networks, firewall, endpoints and vendor specific hardware and software
- Design and solutioning of new client systems and network requirements
- Constant research and exploration of new products and solutions to onboard to expand services offering or optimize current offering
- Opportunity to travel onsite in the USA for very initiatives as required by projects
Professional Experience :
Technical University degree or similar - Computer Science would be a plusHolds related professional qualifications and certifications e.g. CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, MCSE / MCITP, VCP, AWS, ITIL etc.Skills Needed :
Experience in Windows, Mac and Chrome desktop support and Server administration, including Small Business Server, Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, DFS, IIS, WDS within a multiple server environmentExpert knowledge of configuring wireless networks (RADIUS and AD management sign-on; Various WAP security protocols; Wireless management systems)Expert Knowledge of setting up and configuring printers in a network environment (Print Server management; LDAP integration; Remote access security and administration; user login scripting)Expert Knowledge of installing and configuring Enterprise level antivirus softwareExpert knowledge of configuring Microsoft Outlook RPC over HTTP, POP / IMAP, Exchange relay and administration and management of multiple Office 365 tenants, including support of email, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Security and Compliance CenterStrong foundation of advanced networking protocols, setups, and scenarios.
