Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ARCS Consultant to provide L2 support, enhancements, and continuous improvements to the existing Oracle ARCS environment. The role involves coordination with business users, vendors, and other technical teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to SLAs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Liaise with client application leads for day-to-day operational activities.
• Manage L2 support and enhancement requests related to Oracle ARCS.
• Track, resolve, and manage tickets within defined SLAs.
• Suggest best practices and improvements in the current ARCS landscape.
• Participate in all internal and client meetings as required.
• Coordinate with other teams, business users, and vendors (e.g., Oracle).
• Support patching, monthly closure activities, and reconciliation processes.
• Document and maintain SOPs and Known Error Databases (KEDB).
• Provide 24x7 support for P1 issues.
• Proactively raise risks and issues as needed.
