Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Mumbai. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, managing customer relations, and supporting sales activities. Daily tasks include engaging with potential clients, delivering product presentations, providing technical solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. The role also involves collaborating with the engineering team to address technical inquiries and enhance product offerings.

Qualifications

• Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Relevant industry experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
