Responsibilities
Should have team handling experience of at least relevant years of experience in managing teams
Strong Communication Skills (verbal and written)
Client Management- Manage the I2C portfolio and maintain strong customer relations
Customer service orientation
Prepare and complete SOP's or Process manual as per Client & Process requirements
Responsible for Individual region or location to deliver with 100% accuracy
Understand the requirements of a customer or unit requesting for any changes on billing parameters
Understanding about order creation
Work with other functions & Communicates metrics to Managers and stakeholders
Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities
Ability to work independently, multitask and take ownership
Working with multiple stakeholders to implement solutions
ERP (SAP & Oracle) Knowledge is mandate
Ability to interpret customer documentation that can be vague at times and solve problems related to customer billing.
Must be willing to work overtime during peak periods, month end, and year end.
Ability to deal with difficult internal and external customer situations requiring tact and professionalism
Ability to analyze and problem solve
Accurate interpretation of vague billing documentation
Ability to deal with system issues and missing Information
Time management ensuring all time targets met
Identify process improvements to improve billing process

Minimum qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's Degree - B. Com, with relevant experience years in Billing
Must be detailed oriented, organized, with a great sense of urgency, and hard working
Relevant experience in ERP (SAP & Oracle)
Proactive and solution focused with ability to influence
Strong Communication Skills (verbal and written)
Focus on continuous process improvement and adaptive to change
Develop & manage effective working relationships in the organization and actively liaise with all Key Stakeholders
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Preferred qualifications

Good interpersonal skills that can lead multiple responsibilities simultaneously
