Sinclus is seeking an experienced Technical Manager for one of its clients — a reputed Construction company engaged in High Rise Building projects in the UAE.

Requirements :

✅ Degree in Architecture (mandatory)

✅ 10–15 years of UAE experience in Building Construction projects is MANDATORY

✅ Proven expertise in Architectural design coordination and technical documentation

✅ Strong understanding of UAE building codes, authorities’ regulations, and approval processes

✅ Hands-on experience managing design consultants, contractors, and clients

✅ Excellent leadership, coordination, and project execution skills
