Social Media Associate

Job descriptionDevelop creative content ideas aligned with brand goals and audience preferences. Monitor and adapt to emerging trends, viral content opportunities, and algorithm changes. Track and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign performance. Provide insights and recommendations for improving engagement and reach. Handle online reputation management (ORM) by responding to comments, messages, and queries promptly. Foster meaningful interactions with the online community to build brand loyalty. Assist in influencer outreach and collaborations for brand campaigns. Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify innovative growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
Social Media Management
- Manage and implement social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, Quora, and YouTube.
- Create, schedule, and optimize engaging content including posts, reels, and stories.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and the marketing team to ensure consistent brand communication.
