About the Role :
As a Partner Operations Executive, you will play a key role in managing and supporting our global partner network. You'll be responsible for handling partner-related operations such as licensing, commissions, upgrades / downgrades, add-ons, and customer mapping, ensuring smooth coordination between partners and internal teams. This role requires a proactive communicator with strong organizational and analytical skills, capable of multitasking and maintaining high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct daily outbound calls and emails to partners to follow up on operational queries, including licensing, commissions, upgrades / downgrades, add-ons, Partner Store, and customer mapping.
- Review Partner Store documentation and resources, escalate issues to internal stakeholders when necessary, and ensure timely updates.
- Suggest and collaborate on process improvements and documentation changes to enhance partner experience and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner contacts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction with services and support programs.
- Proactively understand partner needs and deliver timely, clear, and effective communication in English (both verbal and written).
- Handle data enrichment, record keeping, and updates on Zoho CRM and Desk systems.
- Ensure tickets are responded to within defined SLAs (8–24 hours) and meet / exceed KPI targets.
- Regularly update dashboards and reports on Zoho CRM to maintain data accuracy and visibility.
- Perform other general activities as required to support Partner Operations.

Experience using Zoho applications (CRM, Desk, etc.).Prior experience working with process SLAs.Exposure to telesales, customer service, or partner management.Familiarity or interest in compliance and risk management processes.Qualifications :
