Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

Experience : 13 - 15 years

Location : Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Gurgaon

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are looking for Project Managers to join our Gallagher Center of Excellence (GCoE) team. About the Role :

As a Project Manager within the IMO and GCoE Change team, you will :

  • Drive project delivery, develop solutions, and introduce changes to processes and systems to ensure seamless integration into our business in a controlled way.
  • Manage the inception and initiation of projects in line with the GCoE Change agenda and M&A Framework.
  • Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, quality, cost, and benefits to articulate and agree on the business case.
  • Lead project teams, manage RAID logs, and ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across multiple geographies to achieve project objectives.
  • Work with IT teams and external vendors to align technology deliverables with project goals.

What We're Looking Minimum 13 years of experience

  • Expertise in Project Management, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A experience is mandatory), and Integration
  • Currently working at the Managerial or Senior Managerial level
  • Proven experience in delivering complex, large-scale, and time-bound projects, including those with IT components and regulatory requirements.
  • Certifications : PMP, Prince 2, or MSP

    • Technical Knowledge :

  • Extensive experience in Waterfall and Agile lifecycles
  • Strong understanding of business improvement and change management methodologies
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in Insurance / Financial Services is essential
  • Knowledge of legal principles and practices related to risk in the insurance industry

    • This is a Non-IT Project Management role. Candidates must have experience in non-IT project management and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
