Job Description
The candidate should be proficient in relational and dimensional modeling with deep knowledge of normalization and denormalization techniques. They should be experienced in SQL-based data modeling across modern cloud databases including Snowflake, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, and Redshift. They should be well-versed in IAM protocols (SCIM, SAML) and HRIS data structures (Workday, SuccessFactors, BambooHR). The person should have a strong grasp of data warehousing, ETL processes, and the modern data stack, with a solid foundation in privacy, compliance, and data governance practices.
The Successful Applicant
The candidate should be an Experienced Data Architect with 15+ years in data modeling and architecture, primarily within SaaS, HR Tech, and IAM domains. They should be skilled in relational and dimensional modeling using tools like ER / Studio, ERwin, Lucidchart, and dbt with added expertise in event-driven architectures, NoSQL, and graph databases. They must be certified in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data management best practices.
