We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, ensuring efficient workflow and inventory management.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the warehouse and ensure efficient workflow.
Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
Implement safety and compliance measures within the warehouse.
Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for timely delivery of goods.
Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

2-6 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.

Strong understanding of inventory management systems and software.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in a warehouse environment.
