Head, Regulatory Liaison

Job Summary This role perform Regulatory Liaisoning activities, managing regulatory inspections, addressing regulatory queries, developing open and credible channel of communication with regulators and providing advisory to functions.

Key Responsibilities Processes

• Manage regulatory exams to ensure smooth conduct.
• Ensure regulatory queries are responded effectively and on time.
• Develop and maintain open and credible channel of communication with the regulators
• Provide oversight over regulatory submissions to ensure quality, accuracy and completeness of submissions. Working with the key stakeholders across the Bank to deliver effectively on this goal.
• Provide sound advisory support to businesses / functions on regulatory requirements
• Provide oversight over IT and Cyber Security related compliance and controls
• Lead implementation of corrective actions to be taken by the Bank on issues / concerns identified by regulators or the internal stakeholders, and monitor those.
• Attend various governance meetings
• Such other compliance work that may be assigned by the CCO or the Bank.
