Software Engineer

We are looking to hire a Software Engineer (backend) @ Global B2B startup. They are automating compliance for multinationals. Their competitors are the Big Four accounting firms, who earn a combined $200b / yr in revenue.

What you'll do :

• Build out the core backend infrastructure that powers the entire product suite.
• Index the world’s regulations and build systems to query them efficiently.
• Implement, test, and deploy code to production quickly. Go from an idea in the morning to a fully-completed feature in prod before bed.
• Work in our modern tech stack – Golang, node.js, postgres, AWS

They are a small, high-commitment team of 7 software engineers . Your work will be essential from day 1, and you'll need to hit the ground running. They work extremely hard. This is not a 9 to 5. Plan accordingly.

Requirements

This is a backend-heavy software engineering role. Experience architecting and implementing reliable and scalable backend systems is a must.

Compensation : 30-45 LPA (+ competitive ESOPs)
