At Westernacher Consulting, we drive business transformation through innovation, collaboration, and deep SAP expertise. We are looking for an experienced Offshore Delivery Lead to oversee all offshore resources assigned across multiple projects.

Your Responsibilities

• The Offshore Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing all offshore resources assigned across multiple projects.
• This role ensures smooth delivery of project tasks, adherence to timelines, and efficient coordination with onshore Delivery Managers.
• Requires strong stakeholder management, planning capability, and hands‑on operational oversight for day‑to‑day delivery, resource availability, and team performance.
• Resource & Delivery Management: Oversee offshore delivery teams across multiple projects, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
• Assign project tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deliverables are completed as per scope.
• Coordinate daily/weekly follow-ups on execution status, blockers, risks, and dependencies.
• Maintain clear visibility of workload distribution across team members.
• Project Coordination: Attend project meetings on behalf of offshore teams and represent offshore delivery status.
• Coordinate closely with onshore Delivery Managers for planning, reporting, and escalations.
• Ensure alignment between offshore teams and project timelines, milestones, and expectations.
• Support the onboarding of new offshore resources to assigned projects
• Resource Planning & Forecasting: Maintain a real-time view of resource allocation, utilization, and availability.
• Track leaves, planned time-off, and unplanned absences; update project managers proactively.
• Forecast future capacity needs based on project pipeline and delivery requirements.
• Work with PL/HR/TA (if needed) to highlight resourcing gaps or replacement needs.
• Governance, Reporting & Compliance:- Prepare delivery reports, weekly status updates, and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Monitor adherence to company processes, delivery standards, and documentation guidelines.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within offshore teams.
• People Management :- Provide day‑to‑day leadership for offshore teams, ensuring motivation, clarity, and accountability.
• Conduct periodic check‑ins, feedback conversations, and performance inputs.
• Support capability development by identifying training or upskilling needs.
  
  

Your Experience And Skills

• 8+ years of Offshore delivery management experience.
• Strong understanding of IT delivery processes, project lifecycle, and service management.
• Ability to track deliverables, manage dependencies, and resolve operational challenges.
• Experience managing multiple projects at the same time
• Excellent people-management and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Strong stakeholder communication—clear, concise, proactive
