Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance to buyers in purchasing properties at the right price and under the best terms.
- Assess clients' needs and financial capabilities to propose suitable property solutions.
- Handle negotiation processes and consult clients on market conditions, property prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and other related matters.
- Perform comparative market analysis (CMA) to estimate the value of properties.
- Display and market real properties to potential buyers.
- Prepare necessary paperwork such as contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements.
- Manage property auctions or exchanges as needed.
- Maintain and regularly update property listings.
- Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, home inspectors, and other stakeholders to facilitate transactions.
- Develop a strong network and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, contractors, and other industry professionals.
- Promote property sales through advertising, open houses, and online listing services.
- Stay updated on the latest real estate market trends and best practices.
