Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst to spearhead domain-centric solutioning and support business development initiatives for our Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) business unit. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical and presentation skills to monitor industry trends, assess customer businesses, and shape Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. You will collaborate across sales, presales, delivery, and partner ecosystems to position innovative offerings and value propositions that accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Market & Industry Analysis : Track healthcare and life sciences trends, customer business models, and technology innovations to inform GTM strategies.
- Solution Positioning : Identify, map, and create domain-centric solutions and value propositions tailored to client needs.
- Offering Evolution : Conceptualize and develop prebuilt domain-centric and AI-driven solution accelerators addressing key business challenges.
- GTM Strategy Development : Partner with sales, presales, and delivery teams to define and execute strategies for new and existing offerings.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Lead meetings with internal teams, partners, and senior management to drive solutioning and GTM initiatives.
- Customer Interaction : Participate in client workshops and discussions to assess needs and position relevant offerings effectively.
Mandatory Qualifications
Education : MBA or Bachelor / Master’s degree in Medical, Computer Science, or related fields (e.g., Hospital Administration, Public Health, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceuticals).Experience : 5–9 years overall, with minimum 3 years in healthcare business analysis and / or presales.Skills : Strong ability to generate insights from customer business assessments.Proven capability to lead and influence internal stakeholder meetings.Adaptability to dynamic business needs and evolving scopes.
