Job descriptionEducation : Undergraduates & Graduates Languages : Hindi (fluent), English (basic) Good communication and listening skills Willingness to work in rotational shifts (Day only or with rotational week offs) Basic computer knowledge
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming / outgoing calls in Hindi (and basic English if required)
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
- Update call details in the system (CRM)
- Follow call scripts and standard procedures
- Meet daily performance metrics (call volume, resolution, etc.)
