🔥 Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Tech Lead to drive technology strategy, lead development teams, and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. This role involves owning the technology roadmap, ensuring timely delivery, and working closely with stakeholders while maintaining deep involvement in architecture, design, and implementation.

You will play a key role in building mission-critical systems with a strong focus on low-latency, high-throughput platforms and real-time financial market applications.

🛠 Core Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and review complex software systems
  • Own and drive the complete technology roadmap and execution
  • Lead and mentor development teams using Agile & Scrum methodologies
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software artifacts
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Engage with market trends and industry best practices
  • Maintain strong customer focus and business alignment
  • Oversee release management and system scalability strategies
  • Implement robust architectural and design principles
  • Ensure system reliability, performance, and security
