Talent Acquisition apprentice , for a period of 12 months.
Qualifications :
Any graduation / post-graduation or 0-6months experience in related field, preferred
What is expected of you and others at this level
Candidate Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the hiring process.
Scheduling and Coordination : Organize interviews, manage calendars, and ensure that all parties are informed and prepared for meetings.
Offer Process : Responsible for offer creation & extension, WD movements
Documentation, Reporting & Compliance : Handle hiring paperwork and ensure compliance with legal and company policies. Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process
Effectively applies knowledge of job and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of assignments.
Works independently within established procedures; may receive general guidance on new assignments.
