As the Marketing & Business Development Manager , you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations and expansion of DIA's portfolio and business in India. The tasks are split up as follows :

Marketing (50%) :

• Develop, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and target audiences.
• Oversee campaign planning, creative briefing, asset development and cross-channel delivery across digital, email, paid, and social channels.
• Manage campaign performance tracking and optimization to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI.
• Execute digital marketing programs including paid media (LinkedIn, Google Ads), SEO / SEM, and retargeting campaigns.
• Manage email marketing initiatives - list segmentation, personalization, and performance analysis within HubSpot.
• Lead social media strategy and execution to drive brand awareness and community engagement.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure consistency of brand, messaging, and execution quality.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, sharing insights and recommendations to inform future efforts.
