We’re building something intentional — and we’re looking for a

Systems Expert

who brings order, clarity, and structure to how we work.

To be clear — this isn’t about micromanagement or control.

It’s about designing systems that make work smoother, clearer, and easier for everyone.

If you love taking what’s in people’s heads and turning it into clear processes, workflows, and tools — this is for you.

You’ll help make sure our creative energy goes into ideas, not chasing updates.

What you’ll do :

Build and manage internal systems and workflows for TOAST and its clients

Set up tools for task tracking, automation, and project management

Create documentation and SOPs that keep work clear and consistent

Help identify process gaps and streamline how things get done

Proficiency in :

Notion, ClickUp, Asana, or similar project management tools.

Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable, etc.) is a plus.

You’ll be a fit if you :

Are naturally organized and love efficiency

Understand creative people and build systems

for

them, not

against

them

Can turn chaos into clarity

Believe structure helps creativity — it doesn’t restrict it
