Country Manager – India

📍 Location : Delhi, India

💼 Reports To : CEO & CRO

💰 Compensation : ₹36 LPA (60% Fixed / 40% Variable on Target Achievement)

Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious Country Manager – India & South Asia to lead and drive our business expansion across India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, and the Maldives .

This role is primarily sales-driven , focusing on building strong relationships with hotel groups, partners, and system integrators to accelerate Ennovatech’s regional growth.

The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with hands-on sales expertise , experienced in hospitality technology or enterprise SaaS, and passionate about scaling innovative solutions across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales strategy and execution to achieve growth and revenue objectives across the region.
  • Identify, develop, and close opportunities with hotel chains, management companies, and technology partners.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing regional sales and partner network.
  • Represent Ennovatech in key meetings, conferences, and regional business forums.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align business goals, product positioning, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Provide actionable market insights to guide product and business development strategies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of proven experience in hospitality technology or SaaS sales , with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of hotel operations, PMS, POS, CRM , and related systems.
  • Demonstrated success in enterprise / B2B sales and regional business growth.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across South Asia.
