THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a Senior Manager – Commercial to lead commercial strategy and deal structuring for Spark’s startup engagements. This role will :

• Design monetization models (licensing, subscription, platform-based).
• Structure and negotiate commercial deals with startups and Vedanta clients.
• Oversee contracts, compliance, and risk-value trade-offs.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
