Lead the design, development, and delivery of people analytics solutions to support strategic HR and business decisions.
Analyze workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and predictive insights across areas such as talent acquisition, retention, diversity & inclusion, performance, and engagement.
Develop models and reports to support workforce planning, turnover analysis, and organizational health.
Design and maintain interactive HR dashboards (using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to provide real-time visibility into key HR metrics.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting tools and systems.
Automate routine HR reports and establish standard reporting frameworks.
Partner with HR business partners, senior leadership, and business units to understand analytical needs and deliver tailored insights.
Communicate complex data findings in a clear, concise, and business-friendly manner.
Provide training and guidance to HR and business stakeholders on interpreting analytics outputs and using dashboards.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors or Master's degree in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, or a related field.
