Role Overview :
We are looking for a sharp, resourceful, and self-driven Headhunter – HR Recruitment professional with 4–5 years of experience in sourcing and placing top talent across various roles. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in EdTech and Consultancy environments, is comfortable working remotely, and brings a strong command of candidate engagement and negotiation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and source high-quality candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn , HR Navigator , Apollo , and other recruitment tools.
- Conduct and employ targeted strategies for headhunting ,mid-to-senior level roles across functions.
- Engage in active sourcing , including cold outreach, passive candidate engagement, and network tapping.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate potential hires against role specifications.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and tracking systems.
- Collaborate with senior managers to understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Execute recruitment strategies tailored to the EdTech sector and consultancy-driven hiring mandates.
- Work independently and meet hiring targets within defined timelines in a remote working setup.
- Maintains a healthy network of Clients and candidates.
Key Requirements :
4–5 years of proven headhunting / recruitment experience , preferably in EdTech and / or HR consultancy .Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter , HR Navigator , Apollo , and similar sourcing tools / platforms.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Experience conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability across a variety of roles.Ability to manage multiple positions and deliver under tight deadlines in a remote environment.Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong understanding of Indian employment practices and hiring trends.Prior experience working in a remote recruitment setup .Understanding of the talent landscape in the education or EdTech sector .Immediate Joiner is preferred.
