Job description

Job Profile :

  • We are seeking a Financial Analyst to manage our organization's financial operations.
  • The ideal candidate will possess 3 years of experience in accounting with IT / ITES or software export companies.
  • Key expertise includes full-cycle bookkeeping, international client invoicing and reconciliation, vendor invoices, expenses, journal entries, month-end and year-end closures, TDS payments, GST filings and Softex reporting.
  • Experience in coordinating with auditors for IT / software company audits and compliance checks is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage complete bookkeeping including invoices, vendor bills, receipts, payments, expenses, journal entries and adjustments.
  • Create and manage international client export invoices and handle bank reconciliations.
  • Record and track accruals, prepaids and adjustments for accurate financial reporting.
  • Manage vendor invoices, expense tracking and payroll processing in Zoho Books or related tools.
  • Handle TDS, GST filings and Softex documentation for IT / ITES compliance.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closures with audit-ready financial statements.
  • Coordinate with senior accountants to ensure statutory compliance and smooth audit processes.
