Job description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer with expertise in AI-driven testing to join our quality engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks for web, mobile, API, and enterprise applications.
  • Use AI-powered tools to enhance test automation, defect prediction, and intelligent test case generation.
  • Implement self-healing test scripts to reduce test maintenance effort.
  • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure continuous testing in CI / CD pipelines.
  • Analyze large test execution data sets to identify trends, flakiness, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Integrate AI-based test data generation and predictive analytics to optimize coverage.
  • Ensure high standards of quality for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in Test Automation and Quality Assurance.
  • Proficiency in automation tools / frameworks : Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, RestAssured, TestNG / JUnit.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript / TypeScript.
  • Experience with CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
  • Hands-on knowledge of AI / ML-based test automation tools (Applitools, Testim, Mabl, Functionize, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
  • Strong understanding of API testing (Postman, Karate, RestAssured) and performance testing (JMeter, k6, Locust).

  • Experience with self-healing test automation frameworks.
  • Exposure to GenAI (LLMs) for test case generation and automation.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
