Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Development Advisor based in Noida. The Career Development Advisor will provide personalized career counseling to students and professionals, assist with identifying suitable online education programs, and offer guidance on application processes. Daily responsibilities include delivering career training and coaching, developing career programs, and maintaining communication with students to address their educational and professional goals. The advisor will also analyze student needs to provide optimal recommendations for their career paths.

• Excellent Communication skills for effectively interacting with students, professionals, and institutions.
• Experience in Training and Coaching individuals to help them achieve their career objectives.
• Proficiency in Program Development to design and enhance career advising programs.
• A bachelor's degree in counseling, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting in Noida.
• Passion for helping individuals achieve their academic and career goals.
