Job description

Position : Closing Manager

Experience : 3 to 5 Years

Location : Balewadi / Baner / Tathwade / Katraj

Interview Location : Aundh, Pune

Strategic Focus

  • Responsible for understanding the local market dynamics and competitive environment
  • Responsible to provide a quality services to the customers and work to reduce the complaints

Operational Focus

  • Manage the list of prospective customers, basis past flat sales (Customer Data Sheet), and information generated at exhibitions etc.
  • Handle the phone calls to prospective customers from the database and generate leads or get references
  • Analyze profile of customers like turnover of the business / if employed the name of the organization, designation held etc. and segment the prospects accordingly
  • Inform the Sales Head about the prospect intending the corporate / bulk deal
  • Arrange presentations to clients about the project, flat layout, availability of flats etc. and show the sample flat
  • Get customers preferences about the configuration required, view, vaastu, personal details
