Accounting and Reporting

Variance Analysis

Reconciliations

Intercompany

Consolidation

Key accountabilities

Financial Accounting and Analysis.

Accounting of Revenue Direct cost & Fixed cost.

Preparation and Review of Accruals / Provisions.

Preparation Posting and Review of Manual Journal postings.

Preparation / Review of Balance Sheet Reconciliations.

Month End Reporting and Analytical Reviews of Financial Statements.

Supporting Internal / Statutory Audits.

Ensure completion of financial transaction processing as per close calendar.

Undertakes ad-hoc analytical and reporting assignments at the request of stakeholders.

Ensures accurate accounting for Non-standard items in compliance with group policies.

Carry-out monthly / quarterly / annual close activities.

Identify process improvement opportunities.

Actively participate in preparation of process documentation.

Having capability of handling things Individually Control the process alone and deliver.

Would be able to work without instruction and deliver in tight timelines

Key performance indicators (financial and non-financial)

Accounting of financial transactions as per policies and procedures

Timeliness and accuracy of reconciliations

Leading the projects audit & other ad-hoc queries on his / her own.

Drive the result oriented and competitive behaviors in the team.

Leading the team be setting examples and continuous process improvements.

Timeliness and Accuracy of reports

Timeliness and Accuracy of other deliverables

Would be able to drive change in the existing processes to deliver best results.

Would be able to drive new ideas process improvements initiatives best practices sharing

within the team and would be able to drive on his own.
