- Strong team leadership skills, with experience in leading, motivating, and developing store teams to maximize their potential and performance.
- Excellent customer service abilities, understanding customer needs, delivering personalized experiences, and resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Proficient in shrinkage control, ensuring loss prevention through robust inventory and process management methods.
- Capability to conduct staff training, facilitating team development and maintaining high service standards through ongoing coaching and mentoring.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities to handle operational challenges and drive team collaboration.
Roles And Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring the highest standards in merchandising, inventory, and customer service are consistently maintained.Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to meet and surpass revenue targets, maximizing store profitability.Recruit, train, and lead a team of store associates, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and performance excellence.Manage daily operational activities including stock management, shrinkage control, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive engagement, problem resolution, and effective feedback management.Analyze sales trends and store performance data to make informed business decisions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure adherence to company standards in visual merchandising and maintain optimal store presentation at all times.Implement and monitor loss prevention measures, ensuring assets and inventory are protected from shrinkage and theft.Application Instructions
