Legal Advisor (Kosamba Location)
CTC : 12 LPA
Location : Village Sisodara, Ankleshwar, Bharuch, Gujarat
Working Days : 6 days / week (Sunday off), 10 : 00 AM – 6 : 30 PM
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide expert legal advice and stay updated on relevant laws
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts ensuring legal compliance
- Manage compliance with laws and identify legal risks
- Conduct legal research and provide clear recommendations
- Assist in dispute resolution and represent the company if needed
- Collaborate with teams and communicate legal matters effectively
Qualifications :
Education
Master of Law (M.L / L.L.M), Bachelors of Law (B.L / L.L.B)
