Senior Graphic Designer

Full-Time Remote Role

Preferred working hours : 5 PM to 1 AM IST

We are a fast growing digital marketing agency working with a range of US based and global brands. We are looking for a senior level graphic designer who understands not just design but also marketing psychology, audience behavior, and what makes people stop scrolling.

We value quality over quantity. We want someone who thinks, researches, and brings creative strategy into every visual they produce. If you have agency experience, great. If you have worked with performance focused brands, even better.

You will receive the copy and the brand guidelines or previous assets. Everything else, from research to concept to execution, will be your playground. We want someone who owns the creative process, not someone who waits to be told what to do.

After some months, you will be free to choose your own working hours. We care about high quality work delivered consistently, not about time watching. We genuinely believe we have one of the coolest and easiest work cultures you will come across in this industry.

What you will be doing

• Designing high quality social media ads for Facebook and Instagram
• Designing email templates and landing page graphics
• Researching competitors and trends to understand what converts
• Creating visuals that feel premium, modern, and performance driven
• Working with our team during the preferred shift for quick feedback
• Delivering creatives that require minimal revisions
