Responsibilities

• Support in increasing the operational performance of the Study Abroad Department.
• Analyze data for anomalies trends and opportunities for improvement in the team
• operations.
• Drive systems development and operations process improvements.
• Focus on the demand & supply side of the operations.
• Working with stakeholders : inter and intra teams.
• Complete day to day operational tasks which includes work on in-house tools and CRMs.
