Sponsorship Specialist

Role Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic Sponsorship Sales Specialist to drive our sponsorship business across India. You will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, building relationships with both properties / IP owners (sports, entertainment, lifestyle, events) and brands / sponsors . Your role will be critical in securing sponsorship deals, driving revenue, and ensuring seamless execution of activations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own the full sales cycle : prospect → qualify → pitch → proposal → negotiation → close → handoff to client servicing.
• Build and manage dual-sided pipelines : onboarding properties and acquiring sponsor brands.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and reporting.
• Drive account growth : renewals, upsell / cross-sell, and expansion into new categories.
• Coordinate with internal teams / vendors for smooth activation delivery .
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and sponsorship benchmarks to refine strategies.
