Human Resources Intern

We are looking for a proactive HR Intern to assist the team with various HR functions and administrative tasks. This role offers hands-on exposure to strategic HR operations and requires strong organizational skills.

Role Responsibilities :

• Facilitating all phases of the employee life cycle
• Assisting with onboarding documentation and induction
• Drafting appointment letters, probation confirmation letters, and experience letters
• Maintaining the complete employee files and data on the HRIS
• Assisting with insurance-related documentation and coordination
• Assisting in maintaining payroll reports and obtaining invoices
• Facilitating clearance forms and the entire exit process

Requirements :
