Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune / Pimpri-Chinchwad area for a Real Estate Sales Executive. The daily responsibilities include identifying client needs, interacting with prospective buyers, providing professional real estate consultation, and offering tailored solutions for purchasing properties like homes, plots, and apartments. The candidate will manage and expand client portfolios, establish and nurture client relationships, and strive to exceed sales targets, while providing excellent customer service and timely support. Qualifications Possession of a valid Real Estate License is required. Strong skills in Real Estate, Sales, and Real Property. Proficient in handling Customer Service activities and fostering client relationships. Effective communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills to drive sales and support clients. Knowledge of the Pune / Pimpri-Chinchwad real estate market is beneficial. Experience in similar real estate roles preferred. Self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively in an on-site team setting.
