Job descriptionExperience in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments. Knowledge of data analytics tools (Athena, Glue, QuickSight) for operational insights. Exposure to machine learning-based anomaly detection for proactive incident prevention. Understanding of cost governance tools (AWS Cost Explorer, Budgets). Prior experience with cross-account event streaming (Firehose, Kinesis).
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in AWS infrastructure operations, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role .
- Hands-on experience managing multi-account AWS environments .
- Strong knowledge of incident management platforms , especially PagerDuty.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or equivalent.
- Experience with automation frameworks and scripting languages.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and audit processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
