Job Summary :

The Client Service Executive acts as a key link between the company and its clients. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring smooth execution of projects, addressing client needs promptly, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and client satisfaction.

Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Management Company based in Mumbai , Kurla. The Client Services Executive will be responsible for managing , planning & executing events , coordinating with clients and vendors, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong business relationships. Managing Budgets , handling event logistics efficiently. Daily tasks include meeting with clients to understand their requirements, sourcing & negotiating with vendors and overseeing event setup and execution to ensure seamless operation.

Skills & Qualifications :

  • Event planning , executing and logistic skills
  • Vendor management and negotiation skills
  • Experience in Business Relationship Management and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience in budget management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field
  • Previous experience in event management , advertising or a similar industry is preferred
  • Positive attitude and client-oriented mindset.
