Engagement Communications Coordinator

Techtinium Technologies is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-driven Communications Associate to support our client in amplifying their impact and fostering connections across diverse audiences. Responsibilities

• Craft compelling content for newsletters, email campaigns, social media, and blogs that showcase the nonprofit’s mission and impact.
• Tailor messaging to different donor segments (monthly supporters, mid-level donors, lapsed contributors) using Pardot.
• Engage with donors and supporters by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and cultivating relationships.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to brainstorm, plan, and implement fundraising campaigns and donor programs.
• Write and update donor correspondence, including thank-you letters and gift acknowledgments, using Word and Mail Merge.
• Support donor stewardship activities (donor recognition, regular engagement touchpoints).
• Help manage donor / prospect data in a CRM (training provided).
• Contribute to event logistics for donor cultivation activities (virtual and in-person).
• Analyze communication approaches and suggest fresh ideas to improve storytelling, donor engagement, and campaign results.
• Support end-to-end campaign execution, aligning all messaging and engagement strategies with fundraising goals and brand voice.
