Digital Media Buyer | Paid Social and Programmatic
We are hiring a Digital Media Buyer for a US based client who knows how to take campaigns from strategy to scale. You should be strong in execution, obsessed with performance, and comfortable owning the full buying workflow across Programmatic and Paid Social.

What you will do
- Plan, set up, and optimize digital campaigns across Programmatic DSPs and Paid Social including The Trade Desk, DV360, SA360, and Meta Ads Manager
- Manage trafficking of creative assets, QA checks, and flawless campaign setup
- Build and implement tracking with Google Tag Manager and ensure conversion events fire correctly
- Monitor pacing, ROAS, CPA, CPM, and other performance KPIs multiple times per week
- Document insights, test ideas, and clear next steps for improvement
- Present campaign performance to stakeholders with confidence and clarity
- Recommend smarter targeting, bidding, and audience strategies based on data
- Keep brand safety and compliance tight across every placement
What we’re looking for
5+ years in Digital Media Buying or Performance Marketing with hands-on activation across social and programmatic channelsProven success scaling performance campaigns and hitting KPI targets (ROAS, CPA, CPL)Strong skills in Excel and analytics tools like Google Analytics and GTMSolid understanding of attribution, optimization levers, audience segmentation, and pixel based trackingA proactive communicator who can speak to results and answer questions without needing prep timeIf you’ve managed large budgets, driven outcomes for brands, and enjoy making data backed decisions daily, we’d love to talk.
