Job descriptionDevelop custom reports and deliverables for internal departments and external client base Design automated reporting scripts / schedules to deliver information to the targeted audience Consult with end-users to understand and improve ERP related processes Validate, test, and implement new modules / features within an application Analyze and resolve issues regarding application functionality Develop and deliver application training for end-users Migrate master data between different data sources Assist technology department with maintenance and troubleshooting of technology resources At least five years of BI reporting development experience using business intelligence modeling, reporting, and data management tools SAP Business One Certification Ability to create complex reports using Crystal Reports from multiple data sources Understanding of ERP modules related to finance, sales, purchasing, business partners, inventory, and production Strong knowledge of SQL Server (2014 and later) & experience creating scripts and queries Knowledge of MS Windows server Active Directory, Group Policy, Terminal Server Effectively manage multiple competing priorities at any given time Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision Experience developing, testing, and implementing macros for business processes within an ERP system Ability to troubleshoot event / application logs Functional in SAP Business One
