This is a full time work from office internship for a duration of 6 months

ViralChilly is a fast-growing digital marketing agency working with clients across the US UK Canada and Australia. We specialize in and nbsp; SEO PPC and WordPress Development and great design is the backbone of everything we do from websites to ads to social content.

Were looking for a and nbsp; Design Intern and nbsp;whos creative curious and comfortable working across tools like and nbsp; Figma Canva Photoshop and basic and nbsp; video editing and nbsp;suites.

and nbsp;If you love turning ideas into visuals and youre hungry to grow fast youll fit right in. What Youll Do (Daily Responsibilities)
Work in and nbsp; Figma Canva Photoshop and nbsp;to design clean on-brand visuals.
Do and nbsp; basic video editing and nbsp;for reels snippets and short marketing videos.
Follow brand style guides : fonts spacing colors layout consistency.
Understand briefs and turn them into clear engaging designs.
Maintain organized files clean naming proper layers Drive folders etc.
Take feedback positively and apply changes quickly.
Collaborate with content SEO and development teams when needed.
Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and weekly design reviews.

What Were Looking For (Skills and amp; Competencies)

Must-Have Skills

Knowledge of and nbsp; Figma and nbsp;(layouts auto-layout components).

Good command of and nbsp; Photoshop and nbsp;(basic retouching composites exports).

Efficient in and nbsp; Canva and nbsp;for rapid campaigns or templated work.

Basic and nbsp; video editing and nbsp;(CapCut Premiere VN or similar tools).

Strong sense of and nbsp; typography spacing layout and color harmony .

Ability to deliver and nbsp; clean structured and well-aligned work .

Must-Have Mindset

Organized and structured (your layers files and mind should all be neat).

Hungry to improve willing to learn new tools features and workflows.

Coachable you take feedback like a professional not personally.

Reliable shows up on time submits work on time.

Calm and composed even when handling multiple tasks.

Love experimenting with new design trends.

Get excited by clean UI good spacing and satisfying layouts.

Believe design is a mix of creativity and nbsp; and and nbsp;discipline.

Can work independently without needing reminders.

Dont panic when asked to make quick edits (well ask a lot and nbsp;).

Understand that deadlines matter creativity speed success.

Bonus (Not Mandatory but Awesome)

Experience designing for marketing agencies.

Knowledge of UX basics (wireframing web sections landing pages).

Familiarity with Google Drive Slack Notion or Trello.

Past freelance work or personal design portfolio.
