Position Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Product Manager to join our FMCG business . The role involves managing the lifecycle of assigned products, driving innovation, and ensuring market success through data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will have 24 years of experience in product management, brand management, or marketing within the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy & Planning :

  • Assist in defining product strategy, positioning, and roadmap.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product innovation and renovation.

Product Development & Launch :

  • Work closely with R&D, supply chain, and design teams to develop new products.
  • Manage product packaging, labeling, and branding activities in line with consumer trends.
  • Support go-to-market planning and execution for new launches.
  • Brand & Portfolio Management :

  • Monitor product performance, pricing, and profitability.
  • Support brand campaigns, promotions, and ATL / BTL marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across touchpoints.
  • Sales & Market Insights :

  • Partner with sales teams to understand customer and channel needs.
  • Track product movement, consumer insights, and category performance.
  • Generate MIS reports and dashboards on sales, margins, and market share.
  • Operations & Coordination :

  • Ensure timely availability of products in alignment with demand forecasts.
  • Coordinate with supply chain to optimize inventory and distribution.
  • Drive process improvements for efficiency in product lifecycle management.
  • Qualifications :

  • Education : MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience : 24 years in product / brand management within FMCG or consumer goods.
  • Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics, consumer behavior, and retail channels.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
