About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Manager to lead the successful execution of IT software projects from initiation to closure. This role demands a proactive leader who can effectively manage people, processes, and technology to ensure on-time delivery, budget control, and high-quality outcomes. The Delivery Manager will serve as the key liaison between clients, project teams, and leadershipowning end-to-end accountability for project success.

Key Delivery & Define and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and initiation to delivery and closure.

• Set clear project goals, scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Track project performance using project management tools and regularly report status to stakeholders.

Team & Resource Manage cross-functional project teams comprising developers, testers, designers, and business analysts.

Client & Stakeholder Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk & Quality Conduct risk assessments, identify potential issues, and develop mitigation strategies.

Strategic & Operational Planning :

Requirements & Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. (PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications preferred.)
