Job Purpose :

As a Sr. Software Engineer FieldOps Common Backend (.Net API) you will join a highly skilled software team in delivering innovative mobile and web applications that make up CNH Industrials next generation digital platform for customer outreach and engagement.

You will be working closely with product management, UI developers for the design, development, testing and deployment of our next generation and existing applications, portals to realize the corporate vision and strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Work in a team or individually to design, develop and test APIs for web and mobile.
  • Design, develop, test and document quality software to meet user and functional requirements within specified timeframes and in accordance with CNH coding standards.
  • Generate rapid proof of concept (POC) for feasibility testing.
  • Maintain and update documentation pertinent to API development.
  • Adhere to prescribed development systems, processes procedures and ensure efficient, effective, high-quality delivery.
  • Contribute to the improvement of development systems, processes, procedures.
  • Contribute to growing team members, building a strong cohesive team.
  • Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and showcase technical excellence throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Perform tasks as specified by the Delivery Lead / Team Lead.
  • Other related duties as required.

Experience Required :

  • 812 years of hands-on experience in C# .NET development.
  • Knowledge of ABP Framework & DAPR framework.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript / Typescript framework libraries for API testing with Playwright & K6 framework.
  • Knowledge of Datadog for monitoring and debugging, including its integration with APIs and microservices.
  • Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and automated testing.
  • Exposure to enterprise architecture and system integration.
  • Certifications in Azure or .NET technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to listen, advise, empathize, and explain.
  • Leadership skills to build cohesive, high-performance teams.
  • Deep analytical skills.
  • Understanding of business domain, alignment to corporate vision, strategy.
  • Project and resource management skills.
