Summary :

As a Software Development Lead, the candidate will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems for various stages of the product lifecycle. The role involves collaborating across teams, applying technical knowledge, and ensuring successful software solution implementation. Key responsibilities include serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), team management, decision-making, problem-solving, knowledge sharing, and monitoring project progress to ensure alignment with goals.

• Lead and manage the development team
• Make and support key team decisions
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to cross-team decisions

• Monitor project alignment with objectives
