Engineering Technical Lead

We celebrate diversity and empower our people to grow while transforming industries.Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring smooth execution of development projects.- Oversee end-to-end technical delivery, from architecture to deployment.- Work closely with the founding and product teams to align technology goals with business objectives.- Guide the team in problem-solving, coding best practices, and performance optimization.- Review and improve system design, code quality, and development workflows.- Provide technical direction and contribute actively to backend development using Node.js and / or Golang.- Collaborate across teams to ensure timely project delivery in a fast-paced startup environment.- Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.Required Skills & Qualifications- 7–10 years of hands-on software development experience.- Strong proficiency in Node.js and Golang; experience with Django is a plus.- Experience in IT Service Industry is a must.- Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams.- Excellent understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalability principles.- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.- Prior startup experience is highly desirable.- Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results in an agile environment.
